2. **Late Cancellations**: If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. This fee will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
3. **No-Show Policy**: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior communication, you will be charged the full cost of the service. This policy is in place to compensate for the time reserved exclusively for you.
4. **Exceptions**: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you have a valid reason for your cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
